Having bought and sold several properties in the area, I know the value of a thorough, objective, professional assessment of a property. I strive to deliver excellent value to my clients.

After I earned my B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill, I worked 18 years as a trainman and locomotive engineer for CSX railroad. Inspection of the road bed, track, rail cars and locomotives to ensure safe, proper movement was a vital aspect of my duties operating freight trains. Thoroughness and attention to detail became second nature on the rails, and serve me well today when inspecting properties. Master’s degree and post-baccalaureate certificate (Spanish) from UNCW.

Thousands of inspections completed and hundreds of 5-star reviews.
